Q: How does the "mentions" counter work? In Tier 4 there are 10'000 available.

We have 10000 mentions available, 1000+ used (10%).
How does this work? Does this renew each month?
Do we need to remove all the mentions to push it back to zero?
Not sure what the logic here is.

Also, I am testing an AI Agent to post comments.
When it responds to a comment and it is removed from the "Approval" list or done automatically, does this reduce the mentions coutner by -1 ?
