1. I was wondering if BrandJet can do human‑like conversation automatically in our brand tone. Is it possible to do that?
2. Can we send cold outreach to local google map pack business?
3. BYOK: will all the updated models be included in the top tier in the future release?

Apr 14, 2026A: 1. Do you mean to say the entire conversation end to end inside the inbox? You can set up autoreply automations etc inside the unibox, we're now working on trying to make sure the agent can perfectly understand your brand context even without a lot of configuration from your end
2. WhatsApp is already there! You can connect numbers and run outreach through WA, some of our sumolings are already doing this!
3. Yes for sure, there's no limitation on our end to not provide the newer models as it is BYOK.

1. With regard to a conversation – I mean, just like how (another AppSumo deal), Based on our knowledge base and brand information the AI auto responds to the linkdn messages. Can we do this in brandjet? 2. Can we use this for local google mappack outreach?
