ZevsMaticQ: Keyword-Triggered DM and Comment Automation
Hi,
Does the platform support keyword-based automation triggers for comments and direct messages, for example if someone comments “Guide” or sends a DM saying “Send”, followed by an automatic reply containing a link or predefined message?
I would like to know whether this is supported for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Messenger.
Can the platform find new leads, or does it only support importing leads I already have?

Mar 24, 2026A: Hi, yes this is supported for LinkedIn but not for messenger yet. For Instagram, it can only be triggered by the messages sent by the user from whatever campaigns you're running.
Someone comments guides on linkedin --> lead collection agent adds it to the list --> the list is autofed to the outreach campaign you are running for these leads
So it does this exactly for LinkedIn, partially for Instagram given we are not monitoring IG feeds at the moment but do support outreach, and not for messenger - FB workflows are on the roadmap since we've gotten quite a lot of demand for it.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me shortly, do you plan to extend the functionalities for Linkedin to the other SoMe platforms as well and if I understood correctly, it finds new leads, but only through campaigns? How do you solve LinkedIn strict third party tools?
Yes, we already have these functionalities for X, reddit (reply comment automations) and will add more as we move along that will be available to sumolings.
For new leads it finds them through many different ways, for LinkedIn for example you can also use our lead collectors if you have a sales nav account or alternatively use our lead database with 700M+ contacts that we just added a week ago
