a)For x5 workspaces in T4 - are these completely independent of each other?
b)Is it a universal $17/month for extra seat/channel/WhatsApp?
c)Would you consider with a higher tier for more brands/WhatsApp numbers either here or a one time payment in your app?

2)Ai/auto responses
a)Is trained auto response available on all connected channels including email and WhatsApp?
b)What sources can be train the Ai on?

A: Thank you for taking the time out to ask these important questions!

1. a) Yes! b) So this is applied across but you can ask for seats to be transferred, so 17/mo gets you one seat on any channel of your choice. c) Yes the options to purchase more seats are already there, we're also adding the options to add more workspaces shortly! One time costs for these across the board are unfortunately difficult for us to sustain as a business but we actively make sure to look for the most cost effective approaches - we are currently de facto one of the most if not the most cost effective outreach tools on the market, even down to the lead sourcing the inboxes as well as extra seats! If you run an agency and need to do this in bulk, we have an agency partner program where we subsidize the costs even more to support businesses like yours.

2. a) The unibox and the automations for it span all the outreach channels available on the platform! So yes this includes email and whatsapp - important to note though that for outreach we do not use whatsapp business numbers and rather standard numbers. We're exploring ways to let users scale this without having to purchase and manage numbers in bulk which is how most platforms currently do it. b) That's actually a great idea, will discuss this with the dev team in standup later today thank you for the insight here. c) Yes! Just ensure that you are not being rate limited since this tends to happen at lower api usage tiers on claude. D) Yes, but we're adding the options to control this better and as per preferences via the admin settings. So you should be able to manage and use keys as you'd like across the workspaces!

3. Yes we do! Anything you expect in any serious cold outreach tool we have it; and if you think we don't, we'd ship it ASAP.

4. FB for sure given the demand, we are exploring ways to go about this in the most secure manner as account health and security is the first priority before we build out any feature, but it is an official part of the roadmap even before the sumo launch given how many of our users asked for it!

5. Yes we're working on the mobile apps as we speak, the android version will likely roll out first in the coming month.

6. Yes you can assign anything in the unibox to added members and create automation rules for automated assignment

7. The absolute biggest priority we have apart from the continuous work on our email and outreach infra is adding more and more intent based signals from social conversations, and establishing a solid signal to action layer that can effectively curate warm leads at scale across the internet and every online forum - we intend to become a truly comprehensive platform for all GTM and marketing needs by Q3/4 and I would say this is already true for anything pertaining to outreach (excuse the founder bias of course haha)

Zapier and n8n are on the list as well, we prioritize based on user demand
