Q: Questions focused on cold emailing
Hi, I just purchased Tier 1, and I’ll mainly be using Brandjet for my cold email campaigns for my clients, but I have a few questions that came up while I was launching my first campaign
1. I haven’t seen anywhere to upload my blacklist (contacts I should never send emails to under any circumstances). Since I’m constantly uploading new lists, this could act as a filter, essentially like an unsubscribe list
2. I accidentally uploaded the prospect list twice, and the app didn’t detect it as a duplicate list; it treated them as unique leads. There should be an option to check if leads are already on another list before uploading

1. Also a pretty useful feature! We're going to be implementing a global blocklist across all BrandJet clients as well, so if an email bounces from anyone across BrandJet, we'll add it to a global list so no one contacts them again. We'll deploy this at a workspace level too.
2. Each lead list is treated independently, which is why we didn't have the feature. There is deduplication within a lead list but none across all of them. However, what you've said absolutely makes sense so we'll incorporate this.

3. In the campaign settings, when you check “Send email as HTML only,” the option to stop sending messages when your lead “clicks on a link” or “opens an email” is unchecked, which seems perfect to me, but it also disables the “Replies to a message” option. I understand that tracking isn't necessary for that. I don't want my prospects to keep receiving emails after they've replied to me
Hi Diego! For ALL campaigns replies are routed to the unibox where they are categorized - nobody who replies will ever receive another message in that same sequence unless you put them into the sequence again by yourself!

I’m glad you’re taking this into consideration and plan to implement it, but my only concern is when, because I think these are very important features. I scheduled a campaign to run today, and I have a list of unsubscribers that I need to include, so I’ll definitely have to do a manual cleanup, which isn’t ideal. Also, I don’t know if you saw my question 3. It’s in another comment. Thx!
