Q: Social monitoring and reply automation
I was wondering what exactly is possible currently and will be possible in the future in terms of scraping leads and in addition: automatic replies vs drafting reply only, for posts and comments for each of the different social channels (instagram, LinkedIn, x, threads, facebook (groups), TikTok, Reddit, quora). Based on what I could see is that different socials have different API capabilities, allowing for differences in how it can be utilized by brandjet?
I hope my question is somewhat clear. Would be great to get an overview of the exact capabilities within brandjet per social currently and in the (near) future.
Btw I think some more in depth video walkthroughs would be very helpful, since brandjet seems like a very comprehensive and powerful, yet complicated at first glance, tool. The video reviews out there don’t do it justice…

Social monitoring platforms: X, reddit, LinkedIn, News, YT/Tiktok (captions and tags only for now), FB groups to be added in later
Social replies: Reddit, LinkedIn, X
DM: LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Telegram, Whatsapp - feel free to suggest other channels and we'll take it into consideration!
There is an autoreply agent which you can configure, but I personally prefer using artemis to suggest mentions I should be replying to and letting her draft contextual responses for me that are very sophisticated.
