1- Are mentions and unique keywords tracked related to brand monitoring? In other words, brand monitoring = tracking my company name + 5-20 keywords (do they have to be exact keywords or do you do semantic analysis), and out of the "search results" for these keywords I can save 1,000-10,000 leads per month?
2- Is total lead upload lifetime or per month? Can I delete old leads to make space for new ones?
3- Any chance you can include AI search monitoring under Tier 2? And to confirm my understanding of it, this is totally different from brand monitoring. Instead of monitoring social channels, it runs pre-defined AI searches daily (on AI overviews, ChatGPT, etc.) and lets me know how many times my brand appears in these and the sentiment of the result? Basically, AI SEO monitoring?

Mar 27, 2026A: Hi, we do exact match searches on the keyword and then semantically analyze its relevance. So, if you were to onboard as "Stripe" for example, we'd remove all mentions of the keyword "Stripe" where someone talks about something irrelevant, like Zebra stripe.
You can delete old leads, but leads are unlimited regardless so you don't need to delete it.
Sadly, AI search monitoring is only available in Tier 3, but your understanding of it is completely correct!

4- Do you connect directly to Google Workspace accounts? Any limits on the number of email accounts and/or domains?
5- Can I use it for multiple businesses at the same time (as long as I stay within the total limits of let's say 500,000 emails/month)?
6- Any way to save LinkedIn leads from search results without Sales Navigator?
7- How much do additional lead finder credits cost?
