Q: BROKEN PRODUCT: Why are the emails not sending & when will this be fixed?
Just a heads up/warning for anyone considering moving their workflow to BreezeDoc:
The core email sending + automated follow-up features currently appear to be broken, which has been incredibly frustrating as a customer.
A huge reason I purchased the Agency Lifetime Plan was specifically for:
- Automated reminder emails
- Third-party contract delivery
- Streamlined signing workflows
If I only needed to manually send links, I could have used Google Workspace or another basic tool.
I’m posting this because I don’t want other businesses spending hours setting up systems, training teams, and migrating workflows around features that currently aren’t functioning properly.
Would appreciate more transparency and a realistic timeline from the BreezeDoc team on when this will be fixed.
