Q: Change date format?
Hello! I'm in the UK and we use the date format DD/MM/YYYY.
I have been testing a free account with breezedoc and have noticed that dates show as YYYY/MM/DD ... which for my clients would be very strange.
Do you have plans to have date formatting as this is a hurdle for many countries I would have thought.
Also, I wonder if I can please ask ... do all signed docs have the BreezeDoc logo at the bottom? Is there a tier that removes this? I am not fond of that either.

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your feedback — we really appreciate it!
At the moment, BreezeDoc does not support changing the date format in documents, so the default format you’re seeing (YYYY/MM/DD) applies globally.
We understand that region-specific date formats like DD/MM/YYYY are important for users in the UK and elsewhere, and we’ve passed this request along to our product team for future consideration.
Regarding the BreezeDoc logo on the signed documents — we are happy to share that with our Agency plan, documents do not include the BreezeDoc branding on signed documents. If removing the logo is important for your business, upgrading to the Agency plan would provide that benefit.
Best regards!
In addition ... if there is a timeline for such changes ... are you able to give an indication as to when it may be? Thank you!

Did you change your Timezone in settings?
Yes. It is set as Europe/London and displayed the date as YYYY/MM/DD ... which is not correct for the UK.
By changing the timezone, it. will automatically change the date format to that particular timezone?
Yes, I like to find out if the date format can be changed to DD/MM/YYYY as well?

I’m in Australia, just set mine and it works fine for the date.
I have the same issue. I am in the UK and have time zone set to London but when documents are signed it is using the format YYYY-MM-DD which could be confusing for some people to understand when you ordinarily expect to see DD-MM-YYYY.
Further to BreezeDoc's reply ... With a confusing date format for potential clients it does make the platform unusable for people in the UK in my opinion. I'll keep an eye out for if it gets fixed but I do believe it is more important than to just to be submitted for consideration.
