how to remove breezedoc logo on docs & how to stop metadata email from going to client?

Question

1) there is a breezedoc logo that appears on the bottom page of all pages in the contract, which seems unprofessional when sending this to a client.
- how can this be removed?
2) when the client is emailed the completed contract, they also receive a PDF of all the activity and metadata on the signing process, which is unnecessary and also reveals a lot of information.
- how can this be stopped?
