Q: I NEEd support it says my plan was activated ad I bought up to tier 4 but when I try to use it, I still see I am on the free tier

- My subject says it all but how can we eliminate spam? If you check your DMARC reports you'll see an incredible amount of mail delivered to Spam. Any way we can integrate our our own DNS for DKIM security?
- Just a heads up/warning for anyone considering moving their workflow to BreezeDoc: The core email sending + automated follow-up features currently appear to be broken, which has been incredibly frustrating as a customer. A huge reason I purchased the Agency Lifetime Plan was specifically for: - Automated reminder emails - Third-party contract delivery - Streamlined signing workflows If I only needed to manually send links, I could have used Google Workspace or another basic tool. I’m posting this because I don’t want other businesses spending hours setting up systems, training teams, and migrating workflows around features that currently aren’t functioning properly. Would appreciate more transparency and a realistic timeline from the BreezeDoc team on when this will be fixed.
- This system seems broken as have performed several tests... Considering this is the primary function of the product could we get an update asap please. Having to send manual contract links defeats the usability of this product.
