konraddQ: Is BreezeDoc abandoned?
I see features requested on, and you made commitments on them, not being honored and questions not being answered. No development for more than a year. Have you abandoned this app? And if, why is it still sold here on AppSumo?

Sep 22, 2026A: Hello, thanks for reaching out! No, BreezeDoc hasn't been abandoned, and I'm sorry that questions here went unanswered for as long as they did. The app has been updated regularly over the past year. A few examples: a Certificate of Completion is now added to every completed document, signers got an email field type and a download button, there's a date format setting, invoices gained discounts, payment terms and shareable drafts, and there have been fixes to signature placement in completed PDFs and to field alignment when signing on mobile, most recently this summer.
I can't make promises about specific feature requests here, but they're collected at https://breezedoc.com/feedback, where you can add or vote on them. If you have a request or a support question that hasn't been answered, or you're having trouble reaching the site, please email [email protected] with your account email and the team will pick it up.

it seems like they dont care of customer after taking money they seems like run away no one answering on the concerns

yes, the site is down so I don't know why they are still selling it. I can't use it.

I agree. Considering this is by appsumo themselves and they can't even be bothered answering questions, its a pretty poor effort!
So the OP asks why commitments are not being kept and the answer is... "I can't make promises" - so you made promises before but now you won't, only vote and pray and that is not encouraging. I say try a different strategy... as so many of the reviews show the current approach is obviously not keeping the current punters happy and ain't gonna get you new ones...
