The two main differences are documents and teams: Tier 4 Legacy includes 40 documents per month and no team members, while the Agency plan has unlimited documents per month and a team of up to 10 members. Both plans already include no BreezeDoc branding, your own logo, email reminders, custom emails, redirect after signing, and API and Zapier access.

The upgrade isn't free, since Agency is a separate paid plan, but you don't pay the full price: the value of your Tier 4 legacy license is deducted from the Agency price when you upgrade. To do it, log in to BreezeDoc, open the Pricing page (https://breezedoc.com/pricing) and use the button under the Agency Plan. If you haven't used it yet, that button may offer a free 30-day Agency trial first, so you can try the team features before paying.
