mouthybroadmediaQ: is there a way to send a signed contract to my client?
Is there a way to send my client a copy of the contract that is already signed by me? Currently, I only know how to drag the signature and Date fields over to the signing area and either send a link or send an email to both of us. But I want my client to see where I have already signed it. Is there a way to do this?

Sep 22, 2026A: Hello, thanks for reaching out! Yes. When you set up the document, add yourself as the 1st Party and your client as the 2nd Party, then place your signature and date fields on the 1st Party and theirs on the 2nd Party.
When you use Send via email, BreezeDoc only emails the 1st Party at first, and sends the document to the next party automatically once the previous one has signed. So the signing email comes to you first, you sign, and then your client gets their email and sees your signature already on the document when they open it.
If you share signing links instead of sending emails, it works the same way as long as you sign through your own link first and only then send your client their link.
