Q: My White Label Upgrade - Still on the Original Plan please upgrade me asap

Hope you're having a great day!
I noticed my plan was updated, and the email said I had the white label option. However, when I logged in, it looks like I'm still on the original plan. I'm an early adopter and invested in this product, so I'd really appreciate it if you could help me get the full upgraded plan. Currently, I'm only able to send 40 docs a month, which is a bit limiting.
Could you please advise on how to get the upgraded plan activated?

Yup, this is very exciting news: *Any* user who bought a "Custom Logo" tier (current Tier 2, Legacy Tier 4) was upgraded to no branding yesterday at NO EXTRA COST. đș
If you're not seeing no branding, it's either you have multiple BreezeDoc accounts (and you're checking the wrong one) or there's a bug. As mentioned in the community guidelines, the best way to get help/feedback is to email support@breezedoc.com. We cannot solve technical issues in the Q&A area as we don't have the proper details/information on users in this public forum.
