I can't seem to send mass templates to be filled by a batch of people serially. It should be a basic feature!

This is exactly what I wanted. Simple interface - I figured it out in 3 seconds. Works like a charm. And I only pay once.

I don't use e-signs too much so I really felt like paying a monthly fee for other services was too much. Thanks AppSumo.

BTW, I'm using Tidycal for years now. Another baller product that replaced my monthly calendar app.

They definitely do a great job with their own apps. Constantly providing updates and constantly improving these useful apps. No complaints at all.

As a freelance graphic and web designer, speed and clarity with my clients are essential. After trying various tools, I've decided to give BreezeDoc 5 tacos 🌮 because... there's no other way!!! 🤣 Unlike other solutions, it offers a truly seamless and intuitive signing experience for both me and my clients.

😲 My previous experience: I used Bookipi (excellent, but limited in its free version and with recurring monthly costs), Billed (a good idea that unfortunately was never consistently updated), and even ClientManager. The latter is a powerful platform, although limited in terms of updates and actively listening to its users. Also, for a freelancer looking to simplify, it was too complex; its signing functions required too much explanation for the client. BreezeDoc has completely eliminated that friction 🚀

🤗 What I like most: The simplicity of the interface and the ability to save custom templates, which is extremely useful for saving time on recurring processes.

✳️ Opportunities for Improvement (Suggestions for the Development Team): To make the tool perfect, I would love to see improvements in the following areas:

💌 Email Personalization: It would be ideal to be able to translate, or even better, to allow users to manually draft the messages that clients receive for different actions, enabling closer, more personalized, and professional communication.

✳️ Editor Evolution:

🔵 PDF Quality: Currently, when uploading a PDF, it seems to convert to an image. It would be excellent if it retained its text properties to allow for minor corrections on the fly and improve image clarity.

🔵 Custom Fields: Add the option to insert reference fields, such as a "text" field for internal codes or contract numbers, and a "link" field to include, for example, a direct link to payment gateways (very useful for those of us who work with local banks).

🔵 Localization (Spanish): It would be a huge improvement to have the interface fully in Spanish, including the option to automatically generate default templates in our language based on the settings.

So far, I haven't needed to contact technical support, as the platform has worked flawlessly, which speaks volumes about its current stability. I'm very happy with the purchase and excited to see how it continues to evolve.

So glad I purchased. My LTD grabsign literally DISAPPEARED!! I needed to get signatures out to a client and immediately went fishing on my favorite software site APP SUMO!!! You saved ME!!!!! Its is very basic which is what I need. I love the fact that I can send links, makes my link in an email so seamless and professional.
