Mixed thoughts on this one ...

Great to have a low-cost solution to all the documents I need to sign and get signed everyday. I tried to upgrade to the muli-user plan and never got the access, and customer support never responded.

This is a near perfect solution for me

Pro's: I needed a document software that was easy to use, intuitive and affordable. I am a one person business with clients in the health and wellness space. So I needed the ability to send them agreements about my services in a way that was quick and easy to use. Before I was using a low cost PDF software to add signature fields....but half my clients wouldn't be able to sign the documents. It was frustrating and I ended up having documents in all different places....some in my EHR system, some being sent back via email (even when I told them not to send via email) and some by paper copy in the mail. Now I have everything stored in one place with the security features I need and it is so easy to use and I don't have a monthly bill. That is huge for me as I may only send out a couple documents a month.

Cons:
I have not found a way to add multiple documents together into a single template in the system. Right now, I am having to upload them to a separate software to combine them then upload them as one document. It would be really functional for me if I could upload the documents individually, add all the signature fields to the separate documents (some of my documents have a lot of inputs) and then create a template from a combination of those documents. That way my clients have only one document to sign, but if I need to change one of the low input documents, I don't have to take an hour putting fields into the high input documents just to make a new template with all of them.
Dates: There is only the one date field....and it doesn't matter who it is assigned to, when a person signs, all the dates fill for all parties on that day. It would be ideal if Breezdoc offered 2 date options....1. An automatic date fill on signing (but be tied to the party) and 2. A date option that is not tied to the current day.....so for example someone's birthday, or the day they want to start a program.....Now I am using just a text field for that, but a date field would be great.

Need a Lot of works but the charge for app sumo price is fair

need a lot of works

1) form entry location is not accurate
2) overlap form entry is main issue
3) manual signature are need to enlarge (whole screen is better)
4) you need to have more fonts style or even a stamp mockup style to make the letter looks formal

although there are lots work but it has lots of potential for appsumo to be great on this app.

Frustrated by Too Many Glitches

BreezeDoc was recommended for me as a free client platform where I could easily send forms and contracts to be filled out and signed by my clients. Initially, the forms sent and received fairly easily, but then clients were having trouble filling them out, so I needed to resend the forms multiple times which then put me over the monthly limit. So frustrating!

I then decided to upgrade to the lifetime (one level up from the free version) and nothing but problems occurred.
Issue #1: My clients could no longer finalize the forms, so I am forced to send them a pdf which I shouldn't have to do.
Issue #2: When my clients fill out the forms, their answers to questions overlap other sentences from other questions and I can't read what they've written.

There doesn't seem to be any customer service people to discuss these issues with as I would really like some help to rectify these issues. These issues don't make me feel very professional when I am continually making excuses for these problem.

How, who and where do I contact someone to discuss these problems? If I want to cancel my membership, again, who, how and where do I do this? Speaking to a human would be a stellar idea from one business owner to another.
