Q: Is it helpful for scraping particular keywords on google trends, twitter, facebook ads library etc on automation
Can you tell me what credit actually means like for each scraping event - it counts one credit or what and If I buy any plan - will I get lifetime access with the respective assigned credit each month?

A: Hi, yes, BrowserAct can automate keyword-based data extraction from platforms like Google Trends, and the Facebook Ads Library. You can set workflows to search specific keywords and collect results on a recurring basis.
About credits:
Credits are consumed based on workflow steps, not per scraping event. Each step typically costs 5 credits, such as navigating a page, clicking an element,...
Q: What browseract plans do the appsumo plans map to?
In the AppSumo product deal terms and conditions, it says: All future Basic (Tiers 1-4) or Pro (Tier 5) Plan updates. This seems easy enough, but on the BrowserAct website, the plans are Free Trial, Basic, Essential, and Advanced (which all seem to be the same except for credits and simultaneous tasks).

A: Hi ,thanks for pointing this out.
AppSumo tiers are a separate structure and don’t map 1:1 to the current plan names shown on the BrowserAct website.
In the AppSumo terms: Tiers 1–4 are grouped as “Basic” Tier 5 is grouped as “Pro”
These labels are used internally in the deal language and don’t correspond to a specific public plan name on the website.
It would be amazing if you have very detailed work-through templates and library of some of the most advanced and sophisticated use cases and automations. You know, thinking out of the box use, that if the workflow or process were not outlined as such, one would not have thought to employ or use the tool in that manner.
A template of very technical /advanced level video library of detailed automations and workflows would be welcome.
I am looking to get the top tier for this tool in the next 10 days or so.

A: Hi, thank you for the thoughtful suggestion. This is exactly the direction we’re investing in.
We’re continuously expanding the template library with more advanced and “out-of-the-box” automation use cases, especially around multi-step workflows, API pipelines, and production-level data extraction scenarios. The goal is to help users discover applications they might not have considered and...
I know you will know Zapier and Make but how about integrations to other automation tools like Procesio/Flowmattic, N8N and so on? It would be nice to include a wider range of automation tools to work with BA.

A: Hi, n8n is already supported. You can call BrowserAct directly from n8n using the cloud node or via API to run workflows and retrieve structured data.
For Procesio and FlowMattic, native integrations are not available yet, but they can still work with BrowserAct through API calls. Most automation platforms that support HTTP requests or webhooks can connect this way.
