Q: BrowserAct fails to identify an element

Hi, can you please help with my workflow 82683458862844784. You can see in the logs that this workflow keeps failing with the error "Find element failed". This is about the "Message" button. However, even the screenshot shows that the button is clearly visible. Whenever I'm running the automation through make.com, it's failing. I've tried different variations of the prompt to explain where the button is. Please help fix this.

Q: schedule workflows?

Hello.

1. Do you plan to develop an option to schedule workflows to run at specific times and days, without relying on external integrations like Make or Zapier?

2. Can I use Zoho Flow to activate a workflow at specific times? What would the correct flow look like?

3. Can I also use Zoho Flow to import information from a Google Sheet row into the BrowserAct workflow? What's the best way to do this?

Thank you.

A: Hi there — great questions. Let’s go through them one by one.
Native scheduling
Currently, BrowserAct does not support built-in scheduling (run at specific times/days) without an external automation tool. Native scheduling is something we’re evaluating, but for now, scheduling is typically handled through Make, n8n, or similar platforms.
Using Zoho Flow to trigger workflows
Yes, if Zoho Flow...

A: Hi there — yes, you can use BrowserAct to extract data on trending or popular stocks in the U.S. market.
This is done through a workflow setup. Typically, you would:
Visit the target financial website
Apply filters or sorting conditions (for example, Top 10, most active, highest volume, etc.)
Extract the relevant stock data fields
Export the results in a structured format
Because different...

Q: Formatted variables/input

I’m using your tool through make.com. Make is generating a formatted text, which I’m passing to Browser Act as an input parameter to enter this into a text field on a website (which does support formatting). How can I preserve formatting?

A: Hi there — great question.
Under normal conditions, BrowserAct supports formatted text input and does not intentionally strip formatting. If the target field supports rich text, formatting should be preserved.
To help us diagnose this accurately, could you please clarify:
What format Make is generating (HTML, Markdown, plain text with line breaks, etc.)
A sample of the text being passed to...
