Hi, I would like to better understand how access control works across Spaces and Workspaces. I am currently using a Tier 2 license and have set up a single Space with multiple Workspaces inside it. My goal is to invite external collaborators and allow them to access only a specific Workspace, without being able to see the others within the same Space.

A: Hello, in Buildin's architecture and permission design, there is only one workspace. The "multiple workspaces" you mentioned likely refers to multiple categories (public, private, shared). For guests, all permissions are only page-specific. You invite guests via the "Invite" button in the top-right corner of a page. Hi. How do I go back to the previous page? For example, from the main page, I open a list, click a link, and edit or create something there. How do I get back to that previous list page? Right now, I have to go all the way back to the main page. Since this is a very common action, there must be an easier way to just go back one step (not an 'undo' action, but navigating one level up).

Q: How to ask the AI to write based on uploaded file?
I can't connect any files or uploaded Word documents or PDFs on the AI chat, so I can't even ask the AI to write a summary or anything else based on the uploaded files on that particular page. It also seems I can't upload files, documents, or attachments inside the AI chat for context about the files I'm trying to build or summarize on Buildin. Where could I locate this, or could this be added or something?

Hi, I’d like to know if you plan to add an Obsidian-style graph view in the future to visualize connections between notes or data.
