Hi, After many research, it seem that BunnyDoc is using sendgrid.net to send out the emails. The problem is that they share some ips that are blocked by almost every hosting company out there. Meaning that the users will never receive their email, not even in the spam box. Nada. The reason why the email message is rejected is because it was send from an IP address which has a very low reputation and it is also blacklisted in several online blocklists. BunnyDoc has to revise some of their IP address and work on its reputation. They also could try to remove some blocked ips as it appears that they are using a large pool of IP addresses for their outgoing email service. What is the use of purchasing a e-signature service if client dont receive their emails ? What are u going to do - without delay - to resolve this once and for all?
It seems that there are many bugs in this application. Here are what i found as of 24 hours of use: 1./ DROPBOX INTEGRATION: Your site mention this: "Smoothly integrate it with popular applications like Google Drive, DropBox, Zapier, and One Box for uncomplicated and secure document signing..." On your dashboard, i dont see anywhere where i could connect Bunny Doc to my Dropbox in order to automatically upload signed documents. 2./ ADD TEAM MEMBER: Once new team member is added, you say "please check email of this user in order to activate the account". The problem is that You never send out any email after new user registration, so impossible to activate a new user. 3./ FRENCH: Your system is supposed to be in any language. I did select FRENCH but there is still a window not translated. 4./ YOUR SITE CHATBOX: Not fonctionnal. Please fix
