Q: Did you ever fix that weird font resizing issue yet?
Font size gets set in the editor but when document is sent to people, the field resizes the font and so all of my fields end up being different font sizes.
BunnyDoc
Dec 10, 2024A: Hi,
If you use fields such as title, address, or others (except the 'text' field), the font size will not adjust automatically. However, when using the 'text' field, please ensure that its size is adequate to accommodate the expected text. If the signer enters more text than the available space in the text field, the font size will automatically reduce to fit the content.
If you believe this is not the issue, please feel free to reach out to us at team@bunnydoc.com, and we will investigate it further for you
Kind Regards,
The BunnyDoc Team

That is not what I mean. I've written to your support twice now and you reply once and then ghost me. Never resolve it. The customer only has to type ONE letter and it shrinks to tiny text. And its not my browser. This has been the complaint of all my customers. They don't want to sign the form because the font size changes from text field to text field. Font size set to 16px and on form, its 10px

Font sizes set in the editor do not correlate to the font sizes on document to be signed.
Could you please resend the email along with the envelope ID to team@bunnydoc.com? I will ensure that you receive a response promptly.

BunnyDoc, I sent an email on the 12th. Haven't gotten a response. Doesnt even look like it was opened.
I personally checked the inbox but couldn’t find an email regarding the field sizing issue. I’m sure you sent it, but it didn’t reach us. Apologies for the inconvenience. Could you please resend the email and also cc it to cairo@bunnydoc.com?

I sent you an email to the Cairo address the other day. I still don't have a response. It's coming from an address ending in thepiagency.com as that's the email address of my bunnydoc account
Thank you for mentioning the domain name. It appears that the email may have been blocked, and as a result, it did not deliver to our inbox. However, I was able to locate your previous email associated with the domain ******@thepiagency.com. The issue has been assigned to the technical team for further investigation, and you will receive updates as progress is made.
