Q: Do customers have to sign up an account?
If I create templates and send them out to clients do they have to sign up an account before they sign them once sent? Is their an "audit trail" to have a copy of? Thank you very much.

No login is required for signers. They can sign the document directly from the public link, and once they’ve finished signing, they’ll be able to download the signed copy right away.
You can view the audit trail for any envelope or signature request at any time. Once all parties have signed the document, users also receive the full audit trail automatically.
