Q: Dropbox

It seems that there are many bugs in this application. Here are what i found as of 24 hours of use:
1./ DROPBOX INTEGRATION: Your site mention this: "Smoothly integrate it with popular applications like Google Drive, DropBox, Zapier, and One Box for uncomplicated and secure document signing..."
On your dashboard, i dont see anywhere where i could connect Bunny Doc to my Dropbox in order to automatically upload signed documents.
2./ ADD TEAM MEMBER: Once new team member is added, you say "please check email of this user in order to activate the account". The problem is that You never send out any email after new user registration, so impossible to activate a new user.
3./ FRENCH: Your system is supposed to be in any language. I did select FRENCH but there is still a window not translated.
4./ YOUR SITE CHATBOX: Not fonctionnal. Please fix

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback after using BunnyDoc. We truly appreciate you reporting these points, as it helps us improve the platform.

1. Dropbox Integration
The Dropbox, OneBox, and similar integrations are currently available on the document upload page, where you can import documents from your cloud storage directly into BunnyDoc before sending them for signing.

That said, we understand your expectation regarding automatic uploads of signed documents. I’m happy to share that our team is currently building a brand-new version of the system with significantly improved capabilities. This upcoming release will include advanced integrations, such as automatically uploading signed documents directly to services like Google Drive and other cloud platforms.
We are planning to launch this new system by mid-April.

2. Adding Team Members
Thank you for highlighting this. Normally, an activation email should be sent to the newly added team member so they can activate their account. We will investigate this to ensure the emails are being delivered correctly.

In the meantime, please feel free to send us the email address of the user you attempted to add, and we will check the logs and help resolve it for you. As part of the upcoming system improvements, we will also be introducing dedicated IPs for email delivery to further improve reliability.

3. French Language
Currently, the main dashboard interface is in English, but the signing experience supports multiple languages, including French. When French is selected, most messages shown to signers during the signing process will appear in French. We are continuing to improve translations and appreciate you pointing out any areas that may still appear in English.

4. Website Chatbox
Thank you for reporting this. We will check the chatbox functionality and make sure it is fixed as soon as possible.
