Suggestion: It would be great if support for DOC files (Word, etc.) as well as PDF files was also available.

Also, my clients hardly use email and mostly communicate through text or messenger based on their phone numbers, so a scenario of sending a direct link through text or messenger for immediate signing is more suitable than sending it via email. I am curious about the possibility of improvement in this area. (I have already voted for a similar request in the feature plan.)
