Q: I'm in real estate.

Two questions:
1) Can someone strikethrough a section of the contract and initial? For example, if this is a cash purchase, can I cross out the Financing section and add an initial box?
2) If I have 4 deals in process and 10 deals already closed, I'm not sure what organization is like. Can I archive or put in a Closed Folder different properties, or will I see all homes bought/sold on one page, both active and deals already closed?

Thanks!

A: Hi,

1: You have the flexibility to add an initial box wherever you prefer. However, if you intend to cross it out using the BunnyDoc editor, please note that we currently do not support annotations. Instead, you can add the annotation externally and then upload the document. If you'd like to see annotation features in the future, please submit this request to our roadmap accessible at https://bunnydoc.com/roadmap/. Our team will consider implementing this feature based on user feedback.

2: We provide a convenient folder feature for you to organize your documents. Feel free to create folders and easily move envelopes/documents to your preferred locations.

Kind Regards,

It's important to note that when using electronic signature applications like BunnyDoc, the primary intention is to facilitate the signing of documents that parties have already agreed upon. If the app allows amendments or annotations to be made by the receiver and these changes are significant enough to alter the original offer, it might raise questions about the validity of the contract. This is because a valid contract requires a 'meeting of the minds' - a mutual agreement on the terms. It seems that BunnyDoc isn't primarily designed for negotiating contract terms but rather for confirming agreements that are already in place. Remember, this is general information and not specific legal advice.

Hi,

Please note that changes are not allowed after the document is signed. You are permitted to make modifications or edits to the document before signing. However, once the document is signed, we do not accept any further changes. An AATL certificate is added to the final document at this point. Any attempt to modify the document after downloading will result in the AATL being compromised, breaking its integrity. As a consequence, the document will no longer be recognized as a valid agreement.
