Q: Is it possible that BunnyDocs ip adress is blocked

Hi,

After many research, it seem that BunnyDoc is using sendgrid.net to send out the emails. The problem is that they share some ips that are blocked by almost every hosting company out there. Meaning that the users will never receive their email, not even in the spam box. Nada.

The reason why the email message is rejected is because it was send from an IP address which has a very low reputation and it is also blacklisted in several online blocklists.

BunnyDoc has to revise some of their IP address and work on its reputation. They also could try to remove some blocked ips as it appears that they are using a large pool of IP addresses for their outgoing email service.

What is the use of purchasing a e-signature service if client dont receive their emails ?

What are u going to do - without delay - to resolve this once and for all?

A: Hi,

Thank you for your detailed message and for taking the time to investigate the email delivery issue.

To clarify our current setup, BunnyDoc uses two different email delivery systems:

SendGrid – used for system emails such as account registration, activation, and notifications.
AWS email services – used for document signing invitations and related signing notifications.

We understand your concern regarding shared IP reputation. Shared IP pools can sometimes be affected if other senders on the same pool impact the reputation. Because of this, we have already planned improvements in our upcoming platform update.

As mentioned previously, our team is currently building a new version of the system, which is expected to be released by mid-April. As part of this upgrade, we will be moving to dedicated IP addresses for email delivery, which will significantly improve deliverability and reduce the likelihood of emails being blocked by hosting providers.

In the meantime, if you could please share: The email address of the user who did not receive the message

our team can check the email delivery logs and help identify exactly what happened in this case.

We completely understand how critical email delivery is for an e-signature platform, and improving reliability is one of the key priorities in the upcoming system release.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Best regards,
The BunnyDoc Team
