Q: Support reset password

, I purchased the lifetime version a year ago and I never had any issues. However, about a week ago I had to change my computer. When I tried to log in, my password was rejected. I requested a password reset, but I never received the reset email. I also contacted support, but I haven’t received any reply.
This situation is creating problems for my business because I need to send out contracts, and I currently have no way to access my account. It’s a shame, because what you created has been a real life-changer for me.
Could you please let me know how to contact support and receive a response?
