Two questions, please: 1- Tier 1 has One Evergreen event. Is this per month or ONLY one event which can be played unlimited time? 2- If yes, then, can just “Events” be upgraded to higher limit? I don’t need 500 attendees but just extra events?

A: Good question! Tier one is one event that can run an unlimited number of times.
Unfortunately you can’t upgrade the number of events without upgrading to a higher tier plan with more attendees and events.
Can the Automated Webinar feature be in recurring or is it only once & then i need to reschedule it. 2. The reminder emails would go from my domain email or from your domain 3. Can the list of particpants & their contact details be exported in excel/csv. 4. I use Selzy for email marketing can we auto add the participants to Selzy for the Email sequence to start trigger post the event is done. Is there an api for this process. 5. Can the participants list be hidden in Live as well as Evergreen webinars.

A: 1. Great questions! For automated webinars you have the ability for them to be a one time event and you also can have those events be recurring, we also support instant replays.
2. The emails can be sent from our domain or you’d. If you want it to be sent from your domain you just need to go through the one time verification process.

Q: Length of meetings allowed on lowest level plan?
I do a lot of co-working - working online together with others, sometimes in 5 hour stretches. Did I read that your impromptu meetings are limited to 10 people, or am I wrong there? While my sessions are often under 10 people, they sometimes reach 15-16?and is there a time limit?
Does your app work on Andriod and Apple tablets? Can people Join from their android or Apple phone?

A: Great questions! We technically don’t have a meeting time limit but we do have a fair use agreement since our cost infrastructure is higher than other SaaS solutions since video streaming is an ongoing costs for us.
Yes our meeting rooms have a limit of 10 people. Business Hangouts is mobile friendly and works on any browser so it will work on tablets.

Unfortunately you won’t be able to upgrade so if you are thinking about getting a bigger plan I would do it before the deal expires.
