You're absolutely correct in your observation. The main difference between Tier 2 and Tier 3 is indeed the number of projects. The other limits, such as users, locales, content entries, traffic per month, blueprints, standard roles, and audit logs, are identical across those tiers.
The decision to structure it this way was based on the feedback we received from AppSumo and the needs of different users. Some users were more interested in having a larger number of projects available, so we adjusted the higher tier to accommodate that.
Your strategy of purchasing two Tier 2 codes might suit your specific needs better, and that's completely fine! It all depends on how you plan to use caisy and what your priorities are.

Having checked our dashboard under Caisy, as well as some Q&A we had missed, it seems clear that the limitations are _per project_. We also understand that all Tiers include 3 additional Free projects, making all your offers really generous! Unless something from the above has changed in the meantime, Tier 3 offers outstanding value.
Yes, I've confirmed this with them many times before. The limits shows are PER project NOT per account. So this is really a generous deal. They actually increased Tier 3 from 5 projects to 20! So it would be unwise not to get Tier 3!

Q: It appears that only Projects increase from Tier 2 to Tier 3.
The limits for users, locales, content entries, traffic per month, blueprints, standard roles and audit logs are identical.
It would seem to us, at least for the use we have in mind, that it would be a better deal to buy two Tier 2 codes.
Are we missing something? Is any of the above limits on a per project basis, which would mean they actually increase 10x from Tier 2 to Tier 3?
