A: Hello GFrancesco,

In caisy, each organization can support multiple tenants, not just each project. With the AppSumo T3 deal, you get 20 Projects. However, the number of tenants you can have is much more flexible. If you need to manage more tenants, you can easily acquire more through our self-service billing option, or you can get in touch with our team for a custom solution. To give you some perspective, we have clients who manage well over 1000 tenants using our system.

To get a better understanding of how our system is structured and how you can manage multiple tenants, I'd recommend checking out our guide on the relationship between organizations, groups, and projects: Organizations, Groups, and Projects Guide:
https://caisy.io/guide/docs/first-steps/organizations-groups-projects

Hope that helps :)

Q: It appears that only Projects increase from Tier 2 to Tier 3.

The limits for users, locales, content entries, traffic per month, blueprints, standard roles and audit logs are identical.

It would seem to us, at least for the use we have in mind, that it would be a better deal to buy two Tier 2 codes.

Are we missing something? Is any of the above limits on a per project basis, which would mean they actually increase 10x from Tier 2 to Tier 3?

A: Hi there,

You're absolutely correct in your observation. The main difference between Tier 2 and Tier 3 is indeed the number of projects. The other limits, such as users, locales, content entries, traffic per month, blueprints, standard roles, and audit logs, are identical across those tiers.

The decision to structure it this way was based on the feedback we received from AppSumo and the needs of different users. Some users were more interested in having a larger number of projects available, so we adjusted the higher tier to accommodate that.

Your strategy of purchasing two Tier 2 codes might suit your specific needs better, and that's completely fine! It all depends on how you plan to use caisy and what your priorities are.

If you have any more questions or need further clarification on anything, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to assist you!

A: Hi Jason,

You have the flexibility to create as many workspaces as you like within caisy. We refer to these workspaces as "organizations." However, please note that the projects listed in the deal you're looking at are tied to a single organization. Feel free to let us know if you have any more questions or need further clarification!

Q: Hi Caisy team, Is there a reason the # of projects are so limited for Tier 1 and Tier 2?

I am asking to get a full understanding of this offer before it leaves. But the project restrictions are a bit of a hindrance. Can someone from the Casiy team convey why the amount of project for the first two tiers are so limited?

Thanks

A: Hi netghost,

Thank you for reaching out and expressing your concern regarding the number of projects available in Tier 1 and Tier 2.

We always strive to create packages that suit the needs and preferences of our users. The limitation in the number of projects for the first two tiers came as a response to feedback we received from AppSumo users who were interested in having more projects options in the higher tier. As a result, we tailored the deal to meet those preferences.
