Q: I really want to stack this...

but I feel like it makes more send to just buy another code and setup a separate account because I will get more numbers and minutes than if I stack two codes...?

I'd like to stack, but this pricing structure does not make sense to me.

Q: I run google ads for clients.

Can I use their numbers and do call tracking for their ads? phone wagon had a cool feature where they showed what keywords are leading to phone calls. can call scaler do that?

Also, is there sub account options for clients? I don't like when all data of different websites are mushed together.

A: You could port their numbers into callscaler to do that. Otherwise you can set up your own numbers within CallScaler to track different channels or different ad campaigns.

We don't have any keyword options - we will look into that.

Yes, there are sub-accounts for clients. It isn't included in the LTD though and costs $12/user to add in clients

Q: I don't live in the usa or canada.

We are in Asia. Should I get a plan for without the numbers and get future numbers in those countries when you release them later in Q3?

US and Canada numbers are absolutely useless to us now.

Q: I'm in charge of a service that requires a different person to be on-call every night.

Is there a way to implement a system using this service where customers dial a single number, and their calls get automatically forwarded to the person on duty that particular night, as indicated in a spreadsheet schedule?

A: No, unfortunately we don't have this feature available - sorry!

The closest thing we have is round robin calling which will distribute the calls evenly to a group of numbers.

For example:
Call #1 gets sent to first person in the round robin
Call #2 gets sent to second person in the round robin
Call #3 gets sent to third person in the round robin

Doesn't exactly solve your use case but maybe that is helpful to know

A: You can currently filter the dashboard for specific numbers and choose specific groups of numbers to view stats for on the dashboard.

We don't have number grouping feature, but you can basically get what you've said done already (just might take a couple extra clicks)

A: Hi! We don't have a native integration with Google ads, but yeah what people typically do is just set up different numbers for different ads.

And yes sub-accounts are available but are an added fee of $12/user

No keyword tracking unfortunately. Maybe in the future.

the missed call and it says whatever, like "Hey sorry we missed your call! We'll get back with you in a few, or you can always check out the website at Example.com" - Something like that but better of course

A: We actually used to have that, but the laws on SMS messaging have unfortunately made it so those messages get marked as spam by carriers and don't get delivered most of the time (especially if there is a URL in the message like you showed).

Funny you just mentioned this though - yesterday my lead developer and I were looking into a roundabout solution as maybe there is a different provider we can route our SMS messages through other than our core provider that will ensure better delivery... we're looking into seeing if it's possible, but I'm not sure yet.

A: No, this is an inbound call tracking platform. You can do multi-ringing with inbound calls though. Essentially if a call comes in, it will ring multiple phones and the first one to answer gets the call. Helpful for support centers or teams who want to be quick to answer calls.

A: We're currently getting pricing from a new provider on numbers outside of the US and hoping to get it implemented in Q3 or Q4 this year. Can't guarantee it will be in LTD til we get pricing though as it may not work out with the math.
