Do you plan to support the Arabic language in your roadmap?

A: Hi Ibrahim,

Thank you for reaching out. Arabic is already on our roadmap, but since it requires right-to-left (RTL) support, implementing it involves significant changes across many parts of our app.

We definitely plan to support Arabic in the future, but for now, we kindly ask that you continue using the English version.

We'll be sure to notify you as soon as Arabic support becomes available.

Is a seat just an employee?

What do you mean by client sites?

If I got T1 for example, I can only have 5 employees? And what are 10 client sites?

In Camelo, every user—owner, admin, or employee—counts as a seat. For example, Tier 1 includes 5 seats total, so you could have 1 owner and 4 employees.

Client sites are locations where your clients need work to be done. They’re especially useful for businesses like cleaning services, field services, or any company whose employees travel to customers’ premises to perform their jobs. By setting up client sites in Camelo, you can easily assign shifts and track work done at each location.

Q: Is this good for personal use?

I honestly want to get this tool for personal use like scheduling my daily tasks as I procrastinate a lot. Is this tool useful for that? Can I schedule any time of the day or are there specific intervals?

If you’re looking for a simple daily planner, a lighter tool or a dedicated personal task manager might be a better fit. But if you like having extra features and flexibility—like setting any time of day and customizing your schedule—Camelo can handle that too. There are no fixed intervals; you can set times exactly how you need them.

Q: Registering Personal vs Business Info

When registering using the codes, should I use my personal or business info? I would prefer to use my personal info since it is a lifetime deal but I would like to be able to change the login email and contact info for use to my business email as I would not want to need to use my personal email every time. So to be clear: I want it registered for ownership to me personally but for use having it tied to my business email and contact. Is this possible? How should I register it and can this initial email and business info (phone number, business name) be changed at a later time? Thanks!

A: Hi Cory,

The AppSumo codes are linked to your Camelo workspace, not to a specific email address. You can register your account using either your personal or business email — whichever you prefer — and redeem your AppSumo codes. You can also update your email and account information at any time.

Just keep in mind that once the codes are redeemed, they are permanently tied to that workspace. You won’t be able to transfer them to a different workspace later, but you’ll have lifetime access to the workspace you set up.
