Q: Suitable for small private school?

At the moment we have up to 5 user
But clients would be our students I guess
Our client list goes up to 500+ when sending emails and recording data
Our active learner list is smaller but we would need to track both teacher attendance and student performance

We would make be of the API to engage with WP so simple data could be integrated and updated as needed

My only concern is, I see the very small limit on clients and I am wondering, is this for my business?.
