But, however many times I try and refresh my accounts integration and have also double checked the session cookie ID, I get an error on the workflow based around a cookie error. I have not completed a successful workflow as yet.
I have followed the CD documentation and tried to contact support, but I cannot get it to work and have had no answer? Anybody else having this issue and have got any suggestions if they managed to be successful?

I tried their instagram workflow but it didn't work. The software tells me to refresh the cookies that's what I do but nothing to do I always have an error this software is useless to me
Q: Signed up on Friday for the full 5 tier stack at $699.
Had a problem activating the code as I signed up previously, refunded and then had a change of mind when other tools were struggling and now they have their new editor mode out.
I submitted a support ticket immediately and I am still waiting for a reply and still waiting to get access. Little disappointed in the lack of support which seems to be echoed in other people's questions here.
If anyone at CaptainData sees this please get back to my support ticket a.s.a.p and at least acknowledge you have seen this and are actioning it.
I created a trial account to test the functionality on 3/30, found out it would do what I wanted so went to purchase.
I used one of my business emails because it's not my primary.
They require a business account email, (didn't realize that) because of the trial account, I could not update it so the activated account did not show.
Sent an email on 3/30 morning, no response all day, no response 3/31, no response 4/1 morning, so finally I did a refund with the intent to re-purchase.
At this time there are still about 50 minutes left of the deal, but... I can no longer add this to my cart?
Little disappointed in the lack of response and disorganized setup.
Any way to get the account re-activated with the correct level and email assigned? Business would be fine.
Just wondering if you're planning to add support or profile posts (comments and likes on people's posts) and articles (self-authored long-form posts) for Linkedin?
If not, is there a way to add my own content parser to extract this data as part of a workflow?
