1a) Once my transcript "with timestamps" is created, can I export as Google doc or Markdown?

1b). The transcripts I'm seeing timestamp in 20 second 'chunks'. Is there a way to get timestamp in shorter intervals?

2) Can I bulk upload audio/video files? If yes, are there file size or volume limits?

3). What type of automations are available? for instance can I create an automation where I can...

Also on the Google Drive integration, is it just a Drive connection where you can view the files quicker?

Or is it actually watching for a new file dropped into a specfic Drive folder and any new audio or video files that hit that folder are automatically uploaded into CastMagic and transcribed (Thats what I really need & am looking for)

Hi, this looks interesting. Couple things:

-Does this have dark mode?

-If I grab the Annual plan, does it renew every year at that same price? Or is this just for 1 year and thats it and it ends after the year is up?

-Any plans to add mainly Pabbly, API, Webhooks, Make or N8N, MCP Server, etc to further elimate manual work?

-I appreciate the Youtube & Tiktok URL grabber / transcriber. (A+ with that)

can this automatically remove filler words from videos but let you review each individual filler word before approving to make sure it actually is a filler word like the way descrypt does?

i've actually read through numerous messages and replies from the founder here, and I still don't have a clear idea of what I don't have right now that I would have if I upgraded to a new plan. I think I have a total of 800 minutes per month. Does anything else change if I get a new plan?'

I believe I also got UNLIMITED users or seats back in 2023. Do I still have those or was it some sort of bait and switch that I haven't noticed yet?
