It appears my account is App Sumo Tier 10, but only have 2000 minutes this account cost was $117 for initial 3 Sumo codes during first campaign and $79x6 coming to a total of $591 I feel this existing Sumo account should have more minutes considering its 4800 minutes for $999 being grandfathered into new limits and all with existing Sumolings. Am I missing something? if so apologies, I haven't read the fine print. I do appreciate the insight though you can provide into billing because this doesn't seem like honoring existing deal and bumping to new limits like almost all other Sumo software I own. Please explain? thank you
Could a three year person choose to renew for one year? And my understanding is that it renews at this price of $169? (for three years)
