A: hi, yes when we first launched we didn't have any users or revenue, the sumolings that purchased were supporting an unproven product.

now we have a lot more features and costs to support data storage, large context ai generation costs, media generation, and collaboration have scaled up. also to charge anything less this time around could seriously jeopardize our existing revenue and subscriber base.
