Q: Clarification on Lifetime Tier upgrade and what the add‑ons include
I currently have Tier 1 (lifetime) and I’m considering upgrading to another tier. I’m not fully sure what the add‑ons include, so could you please clarify what each add‑on covers? Since I already have the lifetime tier, I just want to understand exactly what I’d be getting with an upgrade. Thanks in advance.

A: hi! when did you purchase? if it was in the last year, your new upgrade will increase the number of hours you get per month from 15 to 40 and will increase your team workflow capacities.
Thanks for your prompt response. I appreciate it. I purchased it in May of this year as Tier 1 Lifetime, which I believe was equivalent to Tier 3 at the time.
Is $169 autocharged every 3 years? Is that price 'locked in' or does it renew at a higher amount? Are any features excluded from or will be excluded from this $169/3years plan?
