What models are being used on early adopter's accounts and these new plans?

In my account (old plan) I can see that ancient and almost deprecated OpenAI o4-2024 and GPT 4.1 models were still being used until recently to generate the transcriptions/content.........

Transparency on this it's crucial, not only on old/new plans models, but transparency on the models you are using now and always for us to generate content in your app. Where can we check/change this?
