Q: Effect of deleting recordings
Hi, I have a few questions:
1. If I delete a recording (to free up space), will the transcript and generated content remain?
2. The audiogram is limited (according to another review) to 10 watermark free. Firstly, why? As a paid product (and I am considering the highest tier), why do I need to advertise CM everywhere? Can you please consider removing the limit for appsumo? Also please clarify if it is 10 per month or one-time currently.
3. I notice that here in Appsumo you pick and choose which questions to respond to. This always makes me weary (esp with high priced products). Can you address that please?

Jan 2, 2026A: Hi! Appreciate you taking the time to ask these questions. Hereâs some context:
1. If you delete a recording, it will remove everything associated with that recording, including the transcript and any generated content. So deleting it wonât keep the transcript/content separately.
2. The watermark-free audiogram limit is simply how the feature is currently set up. If you have a specific use case or concern around this (especially if youâre considering a higher tier), feel free to reach out to us directly through support and weâd be happy to discuss it further.
Also to clarify, the limit is 10 watermark-free audiograms per month, not a one-time limit.
3. Totally understand where youâre coming from. We do our best to respond to all questions and feedback on AppSumo. If something is time-sensitive or needs deeper discussion, reaching out directly via our support channel.
Hope this helps clear things up!

Thanks for the reply.
#2, I'd recommend removing the limit for everyone! People really don't like paying a lot & still having to advertise for you!
#1, I'd strongly recommend changing this. In an AI meeting app that we use, video and audio can be removed manually or automatically (ie set to expire after a year) but will leave the transcript & AI generated copy. We paid for it, so we want to keep!
Agreed bd! Same here on both points - I note you can export the transcript and generated content, but those are extra steps...would be good to keep it at source!
