Q: Existing "AppSumo Tier 10" customer
It appears my account is App Sumo Tier 10, but only have 2000 minutes
this account cost was $117 for initial 3 Sumo codes during first campaign and $79x6 coming to a total of $591
I feel this existing Sumo account should have more minutes considering its 4800 minutes for $999 being grandfathered into new limits and all with existing Sumolings.
Am I missing something? if so apologies, I haven't read the fine print. I do appreciate the insight though you can provide into billing because this doesn't seem like honoring existing deal and bumping to new limits like almost all other Sumo software I own.

I am in this same boat spent almost $750 total and we only get 2000 minutes with no upgrade path and the new max is tier 3 $999 for 4,800. I reached out to chat and was told "Hi. The limit for the appsumo plans is 2000 minutes." Then I explained this same thing you did and was told "That offer is only available to new users." @Blaine your original supporters need your help here.

its depressing to see castmagic back and no response from dev team. in my original msg, i forgot to mention there was a direct add on i paid castmagic as well from an email campaign. ugh.
Worse when I reach out to support last run, as Blaine has told others to do, I was told I couldnât be moved to the same tier here and they couldnât do anything with an apology. Iâve been a supporter from the first run and loved this software so really hoping Blaine helps us here
