- Do you need to buy additional transcription hours to use Castmagic?
- I currently have Tier 1 (lifetime) and Iâm considering upgrading to another tier. Iâm not fully sure what the addâons include, so could you please clarify what each addâon covers? - It's stil not clear to me what: "Renew annual Tiers 1â2 via partner" for the ANNUAL subscriptions on Tier's 1 & 2. Does this mean it renews at the purchase price each year? $59 - Tier 1 and $169 - Tier 2, on an annual basis? What does 'via partner' indicate?
