If I get tier 4, I understand that I would have 2,400 monthly minutes as of now since the 3 Organizations are not available as of yet... However, when the 3 Organizations become available, would I be able to allocate the number of minutes of my 2400 I want for each organization or must it automatically be 800 per Organization?
