Q: Trying to understand 'seats'.

So on Tier 4 (3 organizations and unlimited seats)..is that ideal for 1 person...let's say whose name is Jack, who has 3 businesses and he wants to keep the 'branding/content' separate for each of his businesses? And with respect to 'seats', since 'teams' are available for all plans, is it correct to assume that 'seats' are for the 'clients' of Jack and/or his team. If so, what find of permissions can i set for 'seats' (and even for 'teams')? How granular do the permission controls go? Why aren't youtube links working?

A: yes you're exactly right. organizations are for different businesses, and seats are for team members/external collaborators/clients who need access to your particular content workspace.

permissions are straightforward - admins can manage /invite users and members can access all the content and features in the spacce, add comments, collaborate, etc

as for youtube downloads, we're looking for a solution but youtube has updated their terms to prevent 3rd party downloads and is taking it very seriously due to all the AI companies using their content as training data - "YouTube’s Terms of Service prohibits content from unauthorized use, such as unauthorized downloads and scraping."
