Q: Why isn't my account grandfathered into higher limits?
I should not be stuck with only 600 minutes. That is less than your Tier one now!đđ
I invested in Cast magic when you first came to apps imo and only had 3 tiers. My original plan from AppSumo said that I would receive the appropriate upgrades as your company grew.
You even said in the original meetings and the Slack group chat that we would benefit from believing in your tool early on by receiving all updates.
This is a sad shame.đŠ

Same complaint here. And why does AppSumo continue to let their customers get abused by some of their vendors when we are what is keeping them in business?

Now I see that the current Tier 1 already starts at 800 minutes, and Tier 3 goes up to 4,800 minutes/month.
