Does this tool support all types of websites? For example, websites that were built from scratch, or is it limited to platforms like WordPress and Magento?
Good app so far..... However, we're not receiving that many chats. And at the same time, I am receiving a lot of email notifications for each chat we do receive. I think each chat sends me 3 or 4 emails: transcripts, alerts, notification that it's been answered, etc. Basically, I'm getting flooded and it's hurting my inbox. How do I turn these off? There is no option in the profile "notification" settings and I can't find anything in the help/support page. Need to end this stream of unnecessary communication quick!
I've used a lot of web chats. It seems the following are pretty standard amongst others - any plans to include these features with Charla:
- initial lead form (capture name and email) - option selection bubbles, which leads user to specific request (in our case it would be the separate divisions of our company) - ability to assign/transfer to another user
