Q: Clarification on using multiple codes for agency/reseller use
Hi Charla team,
I represent a digital agency and I'm evaluating Charla for white-label resale to multiple clients. I understand that one code is valid for unlimited sites, as long as they belong to the same company.
However, if I want to serve different clients (each with their own dashboard, branding, agents, and privacy), do I need to activate each code using a separate Charla account (with different email addresses)?
Or will there soon be an "agency/reseller mode" where we can manage multiple isolated client workspaces from a single master account?
Just want to be sure before buying multiple codes. Thanks a lot!
Q: How to remove account owner from accepting chats and still see all properties?
Currently, if I uncheck a property from an admin so that the admin can't accept chats, the property disappears from the property list so I can't manage the property settings. How can I fix this?
Can I remove the avatars from the Chat widget header?
Hi, thanks for the answers. I have a few more questions:
Can an AI agent trigger automations? For example, query/enter data in a spreadsheet/database/app, send emails, schedule an appointment for a specific date in Google Calendar, trigger an automation in N8N/Make, and so on?
Is the chat limited to text, or can audio, videos, files, links, etc., be sent as well?

AI CHATBOT, is there a limit how many questions they can answer? Also, does it accurately answer questions based on the resource provided? meaning, does it know to answer the question correctly when the resources have that information? many chatbots that I worked with, also state they don't know the answer to the question when the answer is provided in the resources...
