How do I get some customer support. I've been on this page https://charla.com/support/?article=13723-best-practices-for-training for answers . And your ChatBot is unresponsive ( nice irony there). I've sent a message on the chatbot and have had no response. It's been a couple of days?
The app is great and definitely a great deal. Just wondering if you guys will support dark mode? On a dark website the widget is still white background with white text so users can't read this.
I was checking out your features requests page and now I’ve got some questions…
1. Is it possible to have only chats and no tickets created at all?
2. And when I’m ready for tickets, is it possible to decide which emails (or chats) are turned into tickets? So I mean no automatic creation of tickets.
3. Is Telegram going to be integrated too?
4. Will FB Messenger and Instagram and other messages appear all in the same inbox, or will I still have to visit all those places separately?
5. Could I choose to just use a standard chat and not link it to any other messaging tools?
