Q: AI Model and Accurate Responses and Other Information
1) If I understand correctly, I can use a chatbot that responds with AI in real time thanks to the training I can provide. However, as a web developer, I know full well that chats using more advanced AI models cost a lot but provide accurate and perfect responses. However, if you use older, lower-cost models, conversations sometimes don't work at all; they get out of step, out of control, make up, and many other negative things. I need a professional service and would gladly pay a Plus if I could connect a model to the more advanced ones. It's not clear what you're using HERE... but it seems normal that at this price, with unlimited conversations, AI can never be advanced. Please let me know.
Q: Trigger an automation in N8N/other tools with Charla via webhooks
I saw in another question that isn't possible to trigger an automation in N8N/Make with Charla.
But in the documentation, I see also that Charla can use webhooks to trigger events to third parties. When using a webhook, can Charla receive a response form the webhook?
My use case is with WhatsApp. The user asks a question or ask to perform a task, etc. Charla takes that input and send the request to a n8n workflow via webhook. the n8n workflow does its magic (create a row in AIrtable, send an email, generate an image and/or video, etc.) and sends a response back. That response is sent to the user's WhatsApp.
Is that possible? If not, is something like that on your plans?

I am using your product from sometime but felt a lot of complications due to some simple feature issues. Let me share 2 only. 1) it has only one language support at a time which causes a lot of issues because some people uses English while other people uses native language and some people also use English alphabets to type, while saying their native language. Suppose my native language is Bangla. If I set English as default language then if someone text in Bangla then the chatbot cannot automatically reply. And using English to type native language for example: amar sahajjo dorkar(I need help). This causes another level of problem for the chatbot to understand. 2) There is no way for us to set a fixed tone of text for the chatbot to speak. Ex: my audience is teenagers so I expect the chatbot to reply in chill mode. Give solution please.

Hi AdamHa, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Yes I have already tried that auto detect language option. It's not working that good for me. So after trying it for sometime, I kept the language English because English was working nicely for those who were texting me in English. And also I have added that instruction of using super friendly and engaging tone. Can you share any tutorial plz?
Q: Change Ticket Time Zone from GMT to Pacific Time
Currently, all ticket replies are showing timestamps in GMT (e.g., 18:38 PM GMT). I would like to change the time zone to Pacific Time (PT) instead.
Could you please let me know how to update this setting?
