Q: Agency multiple client option?

Hi, looks like a great platform!
I looked at the review Dave Swift did on Youtube and the one thing I can't work out is how I would be able to implement these across individual clients that we currently assist.

From what I can see, it doesn't look like we can keep the chatbot's on each client's websites separate in the backend because some settings go across all chatbots/agents. Is there a plan to segregate the chatbot/agents a bit more so that each can be controlled separately and the handoff process to the client when the AI or a virtual assistant can't answer a customer question?

A: Hello, the chatbot and knowledge base are actually separate per site. Dave review was mostly referring to Chatflows. The handover works by asking the bot that you would like to speak to a live agent.
