Q: Hungarian widget language + a bug in the language fallback
Hi,
Is Hungarian planned for the widget language list? Neither "Hungarian" nor "Magyar" appears under Settings > Widget > Language.
Related question about the fallback: the widget requests /api/widget/settings/<key>?lang=<navigator.language> If that language has no saved content, the server returns the factory defaults instead of our configured settings. Same key, same minute:
?lang=en - our...

A: Hello, We just added the hungarian language, can you check now.
Obviously not expecting you to host this infrastructure but, the only thing I dont see much on is the ability to add AI Agents (think like Claude Tag) into channels and chats or that can traverse across the app.
Do you have an MCP or skill files for agents to utilize the app?

A: Hello, You can add instructions to the chatbot agent (same thing as a skill file really) in the chatbot configuration. You can also add AI Chatflows (Agents that are capable to call external api).
You would see much larger demand for this, if you supported external agents like claude and such, that could be talked with inside of your chat interface. Look up the project BUZZ.XYZ to get a better understanding. Youre missing a huge part of the market and LTD buyer space by not having this.
Every pricing tier only differs by number of agents. How can I gauge how many agents are needed? Is this by traffic, number of web pages, or something else? Since I’m asking, what will I love about Charla that I won’t find in a competing solution? Thank you.

A: Hi Dave, Agents are the number of human agents and users on the accounts, so it’s easy to size. In terms of competition, you get here unlimited ai conversions, ai chatflows, integration with e-commerce and social channels, and a fully functioning help desk.

A: Hello, i checked their page, and the first thing is the tight limitations on ai responses/instructions, as on Charla it’s unlimited. Also we are more capable in terms of e-commerce integrations, woocommerce, shopify.

I checked the link thanks for sharing, what would be your use case for that, when having Charla on Buzz.xyz for example?
