I saw you answered someone about agency use but wanted some further clarification:

1) I read that you said need to buy a code for each new client. Does that mean that if I buy a 5-code deal, I will be able to onboard 5 clients?
1b) If so, each client will their own siloed access? As in, if they have log in access, then they will only be able to see chats from their own websites / messenger etc
2) For white-labelling, either now or in the future, can the client access the backend of the app and it completely looks like our own chatbot (and not branded Charla)?
