- I've actually have a look into your DPA. You are hosting applications in the netherlands. But all the other applications and integrations are based in the US. Like the openai api, which charla uses, are us servers. So just this would make it not gdpr ready since data is transferred outside of the eu? Or am I wrong? Thanks for answering though.

It appears the agent is the actual integration point to the data and the primary limitation. What exactly is the use case for an agent to need more than one bot running on more than one website let alone unlimited bots on unlimited websites if its all tied to one agent at a time?
