I've used a lot of web chats. It seems the following are pretty standard amongst others - any plans to include these features with Charla:

- initial lead form (capture name and email)
- option selection bubbles, which leads user to specific request (in our case it would be the separate divisions of our company)
- ability to assign/transfer to another user

A: Hello Invision,
(1) Chatflows are currently used to capture lead details. Support for the more traditional forms is coming in April.
(2) (3) Conditional chatflows and departments/user assignments are planned in Q3.
